Ingredients
Around 2 lbs. Ground Chuck ( or if you prefer Meatloaf mix of Chuck, Veal & Pork )
1 Small Bell Pepper Diced ( Seeds & Membrane Removed )
1/2 Onion Diced
About 3/4 cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 tbs. Dijon Mustard ( or English Yellow
2 or 3 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt TT
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper TT
About 3/4 Cup of Ketchup
About 1 Cup of Spaghetti Sauce
About 1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar TT

About 1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar TT

Directions
1. Mix well the Ketchup, Spaghetti Sauce & Dark Brown Sugar in a bowl or container and set aside.
2. Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add 1/2 of the sauce Mix and work it in.
4.Make a desired portion size ball ( 1/2 lb. ) out of the mix and shape it like a small loaf and lay them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350* for 30 Min. then top each meatloaf with the rest of the sauce
6. Bake another 30 min
